Description 

This document is produced by the European project “People with intellectual disability as consumers of support services” and aims to raise awareness about the importance of the clients-based approach to service delivery.  The shift towards seeing the persons with intellectual disability as “clients” or “consumers” of services has important implications on the design and organisation of the quality evaluation systems of services.
